City noise

Our campaign is about quality of life and how to create & keep jobs in Rochester. City life is city life; not much can be done to change the basic rhythms of it. However, there are rules to guard against excess. The quality of life must be kept if residents are to stay in Rochester. Dogs barking, boom boxes, car stereos blaring so that a whole city block can hear it - noise pollution is an ever-growing problem that drives out residents who seek to live in a peaceful environment. Our campaign stand for city life made livable.
